We launched our online business in 2021 in beautiful Santa Fe, with a mission to provide high-quality charcuterie boards, boxes, and grazing tables for any occasion. Crafted in our commercial kitchen near the historic plaza, our products featured premium meats and cheeses, presented with an artistic flair perfect for gatherings big and small. We also introduced online charcuterie options that shipped directly to doorsteps nationwide—bringing the experience of a handcrafted board right to your home.
Now, we're thrilled to announce our next chapter: we're re-opening in Pullman, Washington with a brand-new storefront on Grand Avenue! We can't wait to welcome you—look for us in early October!
How Our Adventure Began
The idea for Gabagool came to us during the 2021 holiday season—though, truthfully, we had been dreaming of starting a business like this for years. One evening, while sharing a bottle of wine and a spread of charcuterie, the perfect name popped into our heads: Gabagool! That very night, we created our first character—the Gabaghoul—built our first website, and applied for our business license. From there, it was a whirlwind. We catered events, assembled holiday boxes and platters, and navigated the challenges of building a website, developing products, managing shipping logistics, and ensuring food safety. It wasn’t easy—but we were on our way.
And the rest? Well, that’s history.
