We’re so grateful for the Pullman community!

It’s been an incredible journey from Santa Fe to finally opening Gabagool Charcuterie here in downtown Pullman. We’re thrilled to be part of this welcoming and supportive community of local businesses. It all started at Rico’s Pub — thank you, Tawny! A special shoutout to Garth and Christi for their encouragement, support, and vision in helping make this a reality. Thank you also to @theonesixfive, @PullmanRadio, and @DowntownPullman, friends and family, and many others for the warm welcome and continued support. I had one of your Charcuterie boards at a friend's home. It looked amazing and was delicious. It reminded us of the wonderful cheeses and meats we ate growing up in New Jersey. I was excited to hear about the Pastosa's raviolis that you have added to your store. Now my cousin does not have to bring them to us from back east! This is a wonderful addition to Pullman!
