Gabagool Charcuterie is committed to providing our customers with exceptional customer service. We have laid out a list of questions that are commonly asked by our clients. However, if there is something that we have missed please feel free to reach out. We would be more than happy to address any of your needs and help you find clarity.

How do I order Charcuterie for my next event?

To order charcuterie boxes, boards and tables, go to our home page and scroll down to see what we offer.   At the bottom of the page, you'll see a form.  Fill it out and give us as much detail as possible to help customize your request.   We'll follow up with an email and a quote/invoice that includes all costs.  

 

Orders must be placed as far in advance as possible (especially for large events like weddings) to secure the date - We do book up espically during the holidays.  The deposit must be paid two weeks prior to the event so that we can obtain the right ingredients and ensure the best quality. Full balance is due 1 week before the event.  

 

How do I pay for the order?

Once we finalize your details, we will send you an invoice that includes the total cost for your event.   You can choose to pay the entire amount up front, or pay the required minimum deposit to save the date and schedule your delivery.   The deposit is required a minimum of 2 weeks before the event and the balance is due 1 week before the event.  

Is a deposit required?

To save the date for your event, we ask that you pay a 50% deposit on your order.  This allows us to acquire all the quality ingredients that may not be available locally such as many of our cheeses and meats. Just click on the "Pay Deposit" button on the invoice to take care of it!

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Santa Fe and are committed to serving the entire New Mexico area.  Any delivery costs will be communicated on the invoice.  The further we travel from Santa Fe, the more important it is to keep the food cold to ensure freshness.  Our online products such as the Baked Brie gift box can be sent nation-wide!

What types of events do you cater?

We can provide charcuterie products for any occasion including birthday parties, anniversaries, weddings, and just about any other event that you can think of.   Let us cater your next get-together at home for a Birthday party of the Superbowl, or ask us to deliver a well-designed, romantic tail-gate table for the Santa Fe Opera.  The possibilities are endless.

Do you have a store front?

We currently operate out of a commercial kitchen in Santa Fe.  As we grow our catering business, we are planning our expansion to include a local storefront where you could pick up individual charcuterie boxes, meats, and cheeses among other things.  We are also developing some online ordering and shipping options - so check our website regularly for new products.
